Nu de Amerikaanse economie in een recessie dreigt terecht te komen vragen veel economen zich af of en vooral wanneer de FED zijn beleid van monetaire verstrakking en verhoging van rentevoeten zal stoppen en zelfs omkeren (de zogenaamde "pivot"). Sommigen verwachten zelfs dat de FED nu de rentevoeten snel zal verlagen naar nul, zoals ze bij vorige crisissen ook heeft gedaan.

Recent echter is de hypothese in opmars dat die "pivot" er niet gaat komen. Reden hiervoor is de huidige voorzitter van de centrale bank Jerome Powell. Onder Powell, een benoeming van Donald Trump, heeft er een opmerkelijke verschuiving plaatsgevonden naar een meer strikt monetair beleid. Powell is inderdaad altijd een criticus geweest van de monetaire experimenten van de FED om de economie te stimuleren, experimenten die bekend geworden zijn onder de noemer QE ("quantitative easing"). Powell is geen "lord of easy money". 

De hypothese stelt dat Powell momenteel in een gevecht is met een internationale groep van bankiers die het beleid van lage rentevoeten verder wil zetten. Tom Luongo noemt ze de "Davos-crowd". Maar het gaat over meer dan dat. Eric Carlson, in een fascinerende en uitvoerige uiteenzetting van deze hypothese, stelt dat Powell, samen met Trump, het Amerikaanse financieel systeem onder controle willen brengen van de Verenigde Staten zelf, iets wat volgens Carlson nooit het geval is geweest:

Here is my premise: Jerome Powell is working with Trump and other Patriots to take down the corrupt banking cabal. To bring the US financial system under the control of the US, something that has never occurred before. It is possible, or rather very likely, the US financial system has been controlled by foreign powers since the forming of the nation.

Most who consider themselves a conspiracy theorist understand Wall Street funded the Nazis as well as the Soviet Union. Both have since fallen. Were these simply bad business decisions by Wall Street? Or did this occur because the US financial system is/was under the control of foreign powers? If you answered “bad business decisions,” you should probably stop reading now.

Als deze hypothese correct is, dan is er veel van wat zowel links als rechts (maar vooral links) altijd gedacht heeft over het zgn. imperialisme van de Verenigde Staten, regelrecht foutief. De Verenigde Staten is in dat geval slechts een instrument - maar wel een heel machtig instrument - in handen van de werkelijke "masters of mankind".

Laten we de argumentatie van Carlson van dichterbij bekijken:

1. Trump benoemde Powell op 2 mei 2018. Maar dat was niet de enige benoeming. Trump stelde die dag John C. Williams aan als hoofd van de New York Fed. Williams is de architect van een nieuw systeem voor het bepalen van de rente voor daggeld SOFR. Momenteel gebeurt dit in Londen via het zogenaamde LIBOR-systeem. De Amerikanen willen dit dus vervangen met SOFR.

2. Na zijn benoeming begon Powell onmiddellijk met het verhogen van de rente, zelfs met een op dat moment zeer lage inflatie. De aandelenmarkt ging als gevolg hiervan naar omlaag. Trump bekritiseerde Powell hiervoor, de eerste keer dat een president zoiets deed. Powell keerde zijn positie om en verlaagde de rentevoeten. Wall Street herstelde. Volgens Carslon was het allemaal list om mensen de indruk te geven dat Trump en Powell in ruzie lagen, terwijl dit niet het geval was.

3. En hier wordt het interessant. Carlson overloopt het gedrag van de FED tijdens vorige financieel-economische crisissen. Ja er was een "pivot" van de FED. Maar die vond plaats VOOR deze crisissen uitbraken. De FED was al een jaar bezig met het verlagen van de rentevoeten voor de bankencrisis van 2008 uitbrak (de rente ging van 4,75% in september 2007 tot 2% in april 2008. De crisis volgde pas een half jaar later. Idem dito voor de "crisis" na 9/11: van januari 2001 tot september 2001 werden de rentevoeten verlaagd van 6% naar 3%!
Dit keer is de situatie omgekeerd: rentevoeten voor de recente bankencrisis werden VERHOOGD van 0,25% naar 5%.

4. Zoals gezegd willen Powell en Williams LIBOR vervangen door SOFR. Kort gezegd, LIBOR (dat een belangrijke rol gespeeld heeft in de bankencrisis van 2008 - banken leenden geen geld meer aan elkaar of enkel tegen hogere daggeldrentes, waardoor het systeem crashte) staat onder controle van de City of London, is zeer arbitrair en weinig transparant. SOFR is Amerikaans, is veel robuuster en transparanter. En zoals gezegd is SOFR het geesteskind van Williams en dus onrechtstreeks van Trump die Williams daarvoor naar de NY FED heeft gehaald. SOFR staat dus onder controle van de FED en niet de krachten van de City of London.

5. Maar er is meer: Powell en Williams willen ook de eurodollar vervangen door een zuivere Amerikaanse dollar. Amerikaanse dollars worden aangehouden in de V.S. Eurodollars zijn ook dollars maar die worden aangehouden buiten de V.S. veelal in Zwitserse bankrekeningen. Carlson:

US dollars are US dollars held within the US, and these dollars are taxed. Eurodollars are US dollars held outside of the US, in Swiss bank accounts, the Caymen Islands, Panama—these dollars are not subject to US taxes. The term ‘Eurodollars’ comes from the money that was supposed to go towards rebuilding Europe after WWII. But a lot of that money was embezzled and sent to offshore accounts.

Where do you think Deep State criminals prefer to keep their money?

To keep things simple, think of US dollars as our money, and Eurodollars as Deep State money. It is said there is a lot more Eurodollars than US dollars. If only there was a way of getting those Eurodollars back into the US.

What if Trump jump started inflation by sending out COVID checks to create an excuse to massively and aggressively raise interest rates? What would raising interest rates do to the US dollar and Eurodollar?

Since Powell started raising interest rates a year ago, US dollar futures have gone from $98 to $103. During this same time, Eurodollar futures have gone from $99 to $95. The US dollar has been strengthened by $5 and the Eurodollar has been weakened by $4— a $9 difference. It seems to me the Deep State money is being crushed, and the US money is being strengthened. How long before the Deep State money loses all value, or needs to be brought back into the US?

Remember when Trump cut corporate taxes and big American businesses started bringing money back into the US? It’s almost like this guy knows what he’s doing.

It has to be pretty obvious to everyone reading this that Biden isn’t trying to weaken the Deep State’s money. To me this likely means Powell is working with Trump to take down the Deep State cabal, and there is nothing they can do about it. The Deep State is slowly being bled out.

De verhogingen van de rentevoeten hebben dus tot doel om de "eurodollar" te verdrijven. Maar dat is ook een regelrechte aanslag op de "deep state".

6. Wat Powell en Williams doen op monetair vlak deed Trump bovendien ook op fiscaal vlak: zijn belastingverlaging had eveneens tot gevolg dat grote ondernemingen geld terug naar de V.S. brachten, net zoals SOFR en de verhoging van de rentevoeten deden en gaan doen. 

7. Wat is volgens Carlson dan deze "deep state", een internationale groep van bankiers, die in feite het Amerikaans financieel systeem controleren? 

What foreign powers run the US financial system?

There are three cities on earth that come under no national authority: they have separate laws, they pay no taxes, they have their own police force and even possess their own flag of ‘independence’. These three cities control economies, military onslaughts and religion. These three cities are actually corporations.

They are the City of London, District of Columbia and the Vatican. Together, they control politicians, the courts, educational institutions, food supply, natural resources, foreign policies, economies, the media, and the money flow of most nations.

The City of London is said to control the world’s financial system, the Vatican controls world religion, and D.C. controls the world’s military. Obviously, there is some overlap between the three, but this is how it is said to be. If you’ve ever seen the Mad Max movie Beyond Thunderdome, there is a character called Master Blaster— a little person who sits on the shoulder of a hulking, mentally challenged man, controlling him. This is like the City of London and the Vatican sitting on the shoulders of D.C.

Sorry people, but yes, we are the mentally-challenged brute in this scenario.

The British Parliament does not apply to the City of London; however, the City of London is not an independent nation like the Vatican. Today, the City of London is a one-square mile city. The City of London is separate from the rest of London and England. The two Londons have separate city halls and elect separate mayors, who collect separate taxes to fund separate police who enforce separate laws. The City of London has its own separate flag and crest. 

The City of London houses the Rothschild-controlled ‘Bank of England’. Lloyds of London. The London Stock Exchange. All British Banks. The Branch offices of 384 Foreign Banks. 70 US Banks. Newspapers and Publishing Monopolies. The Worldwide Freemasonry Headquarters. This money cartel is known as ’THE CROWN’ (ook wel bekend als CORONA, TFB), and all of this takes place within one square mile.

Washington, DC is not part of the USA. The District of Columbia is located on 10 square miles of land. DC has its own flag and its own, independent constitution. 

Some posit that the Act of 1871 passed by Congress created a separate corporation known as THE UNITED STATES & corporate government for the District of Columbia. Thus, DC acts as a Corporation through the Act. The flag of Washington’s District of Columbia has 3 red stars (the 3 stars denoting DC, Vatican City and City of London).

The Vatican City is not a part of Italy or Rome. It is said the Vatican has massive amounts of money, which the City of London controls.

I believe, and many believe, the US has never been in control of its decisions. It has always been controlled by foreign powers … foreign bankers. After all, the US entered both WWI and WWII even though 90+ percent of Americans thought we should stay out, until false flag operations were used to inspire Americans to enter both wars.

8. De V.S. hebben dus altijd onder controle gestaan van die "buitenlandse machten" de eigenlijke "deep state" die zich concentreert in aparte "staten": de City of London, Vaticaanstad, en Washington D.C. 

9. De maneuvers van Trump, Powell en Williams vallen bovendien SAMEN met de acties van de zogenaamde BRICS-landen en niet tegengesteld daaraan. Ook zij zijn bezig met het vernietigen van het "international banking cabal", niet de V.S. De V.S. blijven de meest innovatieve natie ter wereld. De BRICS landen willen dat niet kwijtspelen. Dat is ook wat Tom Luongo beweert.

10. Alles wat zij gedaan hebben is dus slecht voor door de internationale bankiers, die zich in de City of London en dus Europa situeert. Het is ook belangrijk te beseffen dat de Biden-regering met haar minister van financiën Janet Yellen onder controle staat van deze internationale bankenkliek. Yellen en Powell zijn niet mekaars beste vrienden.

11. Conclusie:

The facts are that, since Powell started raising interest rates, the US dollar has become stronger, and the Eurodollar has become weaker. Traditionally, financial collapses have occurred after CUTTING interest rates, not after raising them. If Powell is working with the cabal bankers, why are money laundering banks beginning to go under? Why are no US troops in foreign countries fighting wars to bail out the financial system like in the past? Powell doesn’t appear to be working with the cabal or the Biden Administration and there doesn’t appear to be anything they can do to control him.

Wat te denken van de hypothese? Onwaarschijnlijk? Ik weet het niet, maar onlangs is er weer wat meer bevestiging voor verkregen. Denk aan het recente bezoek van Ursula Von der Leyen en Emanuel Macron aan China. Lode Goukens in Doorbraak wijst erop dat Von de Leyen geen enkel mandaat heeft voor dat bezoek en als voorzitster van de Europese Commissie niets te zoeken heeft in China. Volgens Goukens komt dat omdat Von der Leyen aan grootheidswaanzin leidt en zichzelf president van Europa waant. Maar gaat het werkelijk daarom? Von der Leyen is overduidelijk een handpop van de Davos-kliek waar Carlson het over heeft, net zoals Macro trouwens die immers een gewezen Rothchild bankier is. Terwijl die net de Franse pensioenen in handen heeft gegeven van Blackrock pleit die nu plots voor een grotere onafhankelijkheid ten aanzien van China en de V.S. Maar waarom China bezoeken dan en de banden aanhalen? En waarom de Franse pensioenen uitbesteden aan Blackrock? Is Blackrock geen Amerikaanse bank dan?

Niet vergeten dat de grootste aandeelhouder van Blackrock Vanguard is, en ook al weten we niet precies wie achter Vanguard zit, alles wijst in de richting van onder andere de Rothchild's en dus de internationale bankierskliek die wordt aangevallen door zowel door Powell/Trump als door de BRICS-landen waaronder dus China. Is dat de reden waarom Ursula naar China vloog ook al had ze daarvoor geen enkel mandaat? Is de Davos-kliek in paniek? Het lijkt erop.
